Supporting the Conductor is our Concertmaster, Jack Peacock. Or as he is officially known, General Manager of Culinary Operations. Jack brings a wealth of experience to Create, boasting over 24 years’ experience and a highly impressive CV that includes stints as Global Menu Design Manager for Gulf Air and Head Chef for retail outlets at The Star. During his stint as National Executive Chef for Restaurant Associates overseeing Westpac’s national food and beverage offering, Jack implemented and lead an Indigenous Apprenticeship program mentoring young Indigenous chefs to achieve their qualifications.In addition to being an Executive Chef, Jack’s extensive skill set ranges from retail operational management, hospitality staff training, menu concept development, food and beverage service solutions for multi-outlet properties and financial/budget management. Jack’s hands-on approach has proven successful in generating customer-focussed food and beverage offerings.
