Anthony Whitehouse

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Our performance is led by CREATE Catering’s Owner and Managing Director Anthony Whitehouse. Our Conductor, as we call him, is a catering industry veteran of the global stage.

Anthony has managed and run some the world’s top eateries, functions and retail businesses from London’s Blues Bistro and Bar to Sydney’s Taronga Zoo and the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Having seen the best of the best, Anthony has drawn on that experience to form CREATE Catering – one of Sydney’s leading event caterers.

With Anthony conducting a unified and supremely polished performance from his team of passionate corporate function catering professionals, we will ensure an event to remember for your guests.

Adam Bryce

Adam Bryce began his culinary career 15 years ago as an apprentice on Crown Street, quickly developing a passion for Italian cuisine.

After honing his skills at Jamie Oliver’s Italian and Otto, his love of seafood led him to North Bondi Fish, where he met Stefano and formed a lasting friendship, later becoming Head Chef. He went on to lead the kitchen at the iconic Doyle’s Seafood Restaurant before reuniting with Stefano at Pan Divino, where his expertise in Italian flavours and fresh seafood comes together on every plate.

Tim Gilbert

For nearly 20 years, Tim has lived and breathed wine. His career has taken him from the vineyard to the boardroom, working alongside some of Australia's most respected winemakers while building brands, driving sales and supporting producers across every stage of the winemaking journey.

Armed with tertiary studies in Oenology and decades of hands-on experience, Tim brings a unique blend of technical knowledge, commercial expertise and genuine passion for great drinks.

At CREATE, he leads the beverage program across venues and events, curating wine, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic offerings that balance quality, character and guest experience. Every pour is backed by deep industry knowledge and an understanding that great drinks are about more than what's in the glass - they're about creating memorable moments.
